Mrs. Martin O. Hellem, nee Inez Pearl Ballard, 66, of 16 Vassar Road, died Wednesday night in a Duluth Hospital. She was born in Dodge County, MN, and resided here for six years. She was a former resident of Fargo, ND. and Crookston, MN. Mrs. Hellem was a member of Woodland Community Methodist church.
Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. R.E. Stockstad, Duluth; two sons, Lester, Long Island, NY., and LaRoy, Havre; a sister, Mrs. Dolly Randall, Pelican Rapids, two brothers, Leslie Ballard, Pelican Rapids, and Harry Ballard, Irwin, Idaho and four grandchildren.
Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Johnson Mortuary Chapel, the Rev. A.J.Northrup officiating. Internment Park Hill Cemetry.
