GEORGE HOUSE
Was born in Oneida county, New York, November 7, 1827 and died at his home in this village (Wasioja), July 26, 1911, at 7 P.M. of dropsy. Mr. George House was 83 years, 8 months and 27 days.
On March 5, 1850, he was married to Miss Clarissa Ackerman, and they came to Minnesota in 1856, to make them a new home in a new country, settling on the same farm where he lived at the time of his death.
He leaves to mourn his death, his aged wife, two sons and one daughter, Mrs. Rhodes. The funeral was held from the M.E. church Friday the 28th at 2 P.M. Rev. Koch officiating with undertaker Andrist in charge.
Burial in Wildwood Cemetery.
